Generic Floor Assistance

General Floor Assistance is a non-individualized, roaming support provided by our fitness instructors.

  • Focus: Safety, equipment orientation, and gym etiquette. The staff ensures members are using machines correctly to prevent injury and maintains the cleanliness & order of the facility.

  • Method: Unlike a scheduled session, this is "on-demand" and "non-exclusive." A staff member might help a user adjust a seat height, provide a quick "spot" during a lift, or explain how a specific treadmill console works.

Personal Training is an individualized service where our certified professional (Personal Trainer) works one-on-one with a client to design and oversee a comprehensive fitness program.
